• Minimum 4 years of recent construction and carpentry experience.
•Open to learning.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• High level of accuracy and pride in your craft
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Ability to read Shop drawings and blueprints
• A good level of understanding how structural loads work
• Some understanding of the “Passive House" principals

We are looking for Professional Carpenters with 4+ years experience
This is a “Bags-On” position for someone with four or more years of experience in the framing and building trades, much of your time will be framing to detailed specifications, with a small crew.
